| Legal Officer (Grade B) | Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from any University/College/Institution recognized by the UGC and the Bar Council of India with a minimum of 50% marks (or equivalent) in aggregate across all semesters/years. Candidates must also have at least 2 years of experience as an Advocate. |
| Manager (Technical – Civil) (Grade B) | Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates where vacancies are reserved) or an equivalent grade in aggregate across all semesters/years, along with at least 3 years of relevant experience. |

Alternatively, candidates with Master’s Degrees in both English and Hindi/Hindi Translation (with at least one in Second Class) are eligible. Knowledge of bilingual word processing is desirable. |
